Cooks compassion and passion!
Mina Khampilavong immigrated to the United States in 1983 from Laos, a small land locked country between, Combodia, Thailand and Vietnam. When she was only 10 years old, she had to step up, take responsibility and help her mother take care of the family. She started a small convenience store. That was when she made her first jerky and sold it.
